1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Elite Landwork website and our Remote Bid services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our site.

2. Service Estimates & Bids

The "Remote Bid" tool is designed to provide preliminary estimates based on the user-provided information (acreage, photos, descriptions). Elite Landwork reserves the right to:

• Adjust bids if on-site conditions differ materially from the provided media.
• Decline projects that fall outside our operational scope or safety parameters.
• Require a formal, signed contract before any physical work commences.

3. User Submissions

By submitting photos, videos, or property data through our Remote Bid tool, you warrant that you are the legal owner of the property or have explicit authorization from the owner to request land clearing services.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Elite Landwork be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State.
